Job Description

Azure Outsourcing is looking for one of its company a reliable and organized Storekeeper cum Admin Officer to manage inventory, stock control, documentation, and general administrative support for daily  operations.

DUTIES

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials for production
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
  • Prepare purchase requests, purchase order, delivery notes, invoices, and operational reports
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on stock and administrative matters
  • Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and safety within the store area
  • Support general office and administrative tasks as required

PROFILE

  • At least 2 years working experience
  • HSC Level with relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in storekeeping and administration, preferably in manufacturing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and inventory systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Valid Driving License
