Job Description
|
·
Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in
compliance with hotel standard drink recipes. ·
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. ·
Ensure the Mise-en-Place and cleanliness of all the beverage outlets (change
astray for our guest) thus ensuring the readiness to accommodate the guests. ·
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere ·
Participate in inventory taking. ·
Promote sales and initiates actions to increase profitability. ·
Pay attention to client comments and suggestions and immediately take
corrective measures required, transmitting remarks to the F&B Outlet
Assistant Manager. ·
Apply and ensures application of quality standards and procedures set
by the hotel. ·
Adhere to Hotel’s rules and regulations. ·
To control the beverage stock such as requisition fruit order ·
Check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age
requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products. · Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how beverages are prepared. Required Skills:
