Job Description
One of our Client in the funeral industry is looking for Call Centre Operator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support.
- Provide accurate information about services.
- Record details of customer interactions in the database accurately.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and effective communication.
- Follow guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- School Certificate
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre
- Ready to Work on SHIFT SYSTEM, WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
- Ability to Multitask
- IT Literate & Apt to work on CRM software
