Job Description

One of our client in the Funeral industry is looking for an HR Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding and off boarding processes.
  • Coordinate daily Time & Attendance.
  • Oversee the HR administrative duties.
  • Handle employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Adhere to labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Main Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources.

• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator/ officer with minimum of One (1) year.

• Knowledge on Mauritius Labour Laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
