Responsibilities:

• Verify policy status and coverage with insurers, including terms, conditions, and exclusions relevant to motor claims.
• Register and follow up on motor claims with insurers in accordance with company procedures.
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary claim information and supporting documents.
• Follow up with insurers on claim status and keep clients regularly informed until settlement.
• Facilitate the allocation of replacement vehicles where applicable, in coordination with the insurer.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files in the company’s records.
• Monitor claim timelines, escalating delays to the Claims Officer/Manager when necessary.
• Provide administrative support to the Claims Department as required.
