Customer Service Agent (Contract Basis)

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our remote customer service team on a contract basis.

This is a fully remote role; therefore, a stable high-speed internet connection is essential. All required equipment will be provided to support you in performing your duties effectively from home.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• 2 rotational days off per week
• Shift timings:
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Weekend availability is mandatory
  
  

Experience & Background

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Experience handling customer inquiries via email and chat
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
• Previous experience in a fast-paced or multi-channel environment is an advantage
