Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Trainee Quality Assurance / Compliance who will assist the Team to ensure that company operations, processes, and products meet the market standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. He/She will gain hands-on experience in quality systems, audits, documentation and compliance monitoring.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation (SOPs, work instructions, manuals, etc.).
•  Participate in internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Review records for compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
• Maintain proper filing and archiving of QA/Compliance documentation.
• Support training sessions on quality and compliance standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.
• Perform any other QA/compliance-related tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

•  A Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration or Management with Law or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
