Job Description

  • Provide leadership to area of responsibility
  • Adhere to Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness standards and procedures
  • Ensure good physical upkeep, condition of equipment and utensils within the work station
  • Ensure all food and beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately
  • Ensures prompt, courteous and accurate service to all internal customers, in order to achieve a high level of satisfaction
  • Responsible for the organization of work within the stewarding department, including assignments, time schedules and vacations.
  • Be eligible to perform 03 (THREE) split shifts per week upon Operational issues.
  • Responsible for the preparation of Operational Budgets of the department.
  • Responsible for coordinating with Engineering for repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct training to junior staffs to transfer knowledge on chemicals, SOPs, etc.
