Job Description
- Provide leadership to area of
responsibility
- Adhere to Safety,
Hygiene and Cleanliness standards and procedures
- Ensure good physical
upkeep, condition of equipment and utensils within the work station
- Ensure all food and
beverage outlets have sufficient equipment to perform adequately
- Ensures prompt,
courteous and accurate service to all internal customers, in order to
achieve a high level of satisfaction
- Responsible for the
organization of work within the stewarding department, including
assignments, time schedules and vacations.
- Be eligible to perform
03 (THREE) split shifts per week upon Operational issues.
- Responsible for the
preparation of Operational Budgets of the department.
- Responsible for coordinating
with Engineering for repairs and maintenance
- Conduct training to
junior staffs to transfer knowledge on chemicals, SOPs, etc.
