Job Description

The Analyst – Integration plays a key role in supporting the company’s IT transformation journey. The role focuses on the day‑to‑day support and integration of systems such as the Instant Payment Switch (IPS), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and core banking interfaces, alongside other strategic transformation initiatives.

Responsibility
  • Support the management, operation and enhancement of system integrations and interfaces between internal platforms and third‑party systems.Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the
  • Instant Payment Switch (IPS), including interfaces with core banking, card systems, mobile and web channels, ESB and other connected systems.
  •  Monitor, investigate and resolve IPS errors, and implement required changes and enhancements.Oversee daily operations and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), including configuration and enhancement activities.
  •  Design, implement and manage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and system workflows across core banking and satellite systems.
  •  Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to meet business user requirements.
  •  Implement workflows using low‑code and no‑code platforms to improve efficiency and automation.
  •  Manage APIs and integrations with the core banking system and external service providers (e.g. credit bureaus, SMS gateways).
  •  Support IT deployments and system developments for group entities and international operations.
  •  Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to users and team members on implemented tools and systems.
  •  Maintain WSO2 configurations and perform other related duties as required within the business unit.
Profile
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience in an IT or systems support role
  • Experience working with an Instant Payment Switch (IPS) would be an advantage
  • A degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Instant Payment Switch systems is a plu
