Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle — lead generation, consultation, quoting, negotiation, and close — for both retail and B2B accounts.

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors across Mauritius.

• Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI across digital, print, and event channels.

• Lead participation in trade shows, property expos, and industry events to generate qualified leads.

• Collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure quoted projects are deliverable within margin and timeline.

• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless handover from sale to installation.

• Manage the CRM system — ensuring pipeline hygiene, follow-up discipline, and accurate forecasting.

• Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and partner presentations at a senior level.

 Pforile

5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a product or project-based environment.

• Strong understanding of the Mauritian real estate and construction ecosystem — developers, architects, and the contracting supply chain.

• Excellent commercial acumen — able to manage margins, read pipeline data, and make data-driven decisions.

• Natural communicator and relationship builder with the confidence to engage at C-suite and developer level.

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); Creole an advantage.

Desirable

• Background in interior design, architecture, or the home furnishing / fit-out sector.

• Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO).

• Familiarity with VR or 3D visualisation tools used in design and sales contexts.

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
