The QS shall be working as part of a busy team effectively managing all the cost relating to building and civil engineering projects.                                  

The duties includes determining client needs, calculation costs & timelines and monitoring construction progress.   

Duties and Responsibilities

-          Prepare cost estimates / cost plans

-          Request quote from suppliers & contractors

-          Prepare interim valuations , cost reports and monitor project costs

-          Work on quotations / tenders

-          Take off quantities of materials

-          Prepare claims / invoices / credit notes

-          Follow up of Performance  Bonds and Advance payment guarantee
