About the Role

 

Committed to care about breakages, ensure hygiene level as per food safety standards in a sustainable manner, act with honesty and integrity in all aspect of our business delivering a consistent high level of service.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure that hygiene is being maintained as per food safety standards.
  • Knowledge on using all chemicals in the stewarding department.
  • Ability to work at all outlets.
  • Taking great care of material to avoid breakage.
  • Ensuring that great precaution is being taken while cleaning electrical apparatus.
  • Any other duties assigned.

 

About You

 

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort and must have the knowledge on proper chemical use. Food handler's certificate is a must.
