Position overview:
We are looking for our Licensing & Tools Business Unit, a motivated Sales
Specialist/Microsoft who will be responsible for managing and growing our
products portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with clients to
understand their business needs, recommend appropriate licensing solutions, and
drive sales to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
· Licensing
Consultation: Provide guidance to clients on Microsoft product
licensing options, which include but are not limited to Microsoft 365, Copilot,
Azure among other solutions.
· Sales
Development:
o
Identify sales opportunities, develop new
leads
o
Nurture existing client relationships to
expand our Microsoft product sales pipeline.
· Solution
Selling: Collaborate with our technical and consulting teams to tailor Microsoft
solutions that meet the specific business requirements of our clients.
· Proposal
Preparation: Prepare and present proposals as per required
format, contracts, and licensing agreements to prospective clients.
· Negotiation
and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring
favourable terms while achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
· Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Microsoft representatives, to stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using tools in place.
· Maintain a mindset of continuous learning & Development, keeping up
with the rapidly evolving tech landscape, and proactively updating knowledge
and skills to stay at the forefront of technological advancements
Requirements:
v
Education
· At least a bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related
field
· Certifications
in relevant technologies would be a definite
advantage.
(Microsoft
Certified)
v
Experience
·
At least 3 years of proven work experience
in Sales.
·
Familiarity with different Microsoft licensing models.
·
Proven track record of success in selling Microsoft products or related
technology solutions is a must for thus position.

Skills
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both English &
French
·
Excellent presentation skills
·
Excellent negotiation skills
·
Strong analytical skills to understand complex client requirements to be
able to propose suitable Microsoft product solutions
·
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales,
technical, and support functions, to deliver integrated solutions to clients
·
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and online collaboration would be a definite advantage

Driving License is a must for this position
·
This role
involves collaboration with international teams across different time zones,
requiring flexibility in working hours.
