JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (With International Exposure)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and positive Junior Sales Executive to support Ecoshe’s growth by connecting with clients, driving sales, and expanding our presence locally and internationally.

This is a hands-on role for someone eager to grow in sales, build strong relationships, and contribute to a meaningful mission in sustainability and plant-based innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and secure new clients in Mauritius and abroad
  • Actively sell and promote Ecoshe’s food products to support the growth of our new food production line
  • Sell Ecoshe’s offerings: plant-based training, restaurant assessments, Chef training programs, and sustainability programs
  • Conduct outreach, meetings, and presentations to convert leads into clients
  • Track leads, client communications, and conversions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies
  • Represent Ecoshe at networking events and online meetings
  • Work with sponsors on events and support partnership development
  • Expand and support our commission-based sales program
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to drive lead generation and sales growth


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Strong digital skills (QR codes, online platforms, virtual meetings)
  • Professional and confident in client-facing situations
  • Valid driving licence


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Gross monthly salary: Rs 21,000 – Rs 30,000
  • Commission: Up to Rs 20,000+ based on performance
  • Travel allowance provided

  • Work model: Hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely based on schedules and deliverables. Our office is located in Quatre Bornes.
