Job Description

    We are looking for a second Sales & Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling customer quotations, orders, invoicing, and export documentation, while also being a welcoming first point of contact for our clients.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customer quotations in line with Sales Manager instructions
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company database
  • Enter and monitor orders and invoices in our ERP system (Microsoft Navision)
  • Prepare sales invoices and perform counter invoicing when required
  • Prepare export and delivery documentation (commercial invoices, delivery notes, customs documents)
  • Handle price requests and customer enquiries by phone, email, or at the front desk
  • Welcome clients at reception and take customer orders
  • Follow up on order status and keep customers informed of progress
  • Monitor delivery and invoicing timelines
  • Ensure accurate and timely circulation of information between departments
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to Management
  • Carry out any other duties reasonably related to the position
