Job Description
• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Direct customers to the relevant sales or service personnel as required.
• Maintain the reception and showroom area in a clean, organised, and presentable condition at all times.
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
• Prepare and maintain customer files, invoices, delivery documents, and other administrative records.
• Assist in the coordination of vehicle registrations, deliveries, and related documentation.
• Support the sales and aftersales teams with administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, calls, and enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and health & safety requirements.
• Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management.
