Espace Maison
is recruiting a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team.
The selected
candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing
learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs across
departments, managing L&D projects, and supporting employee growth through
impactful training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Department
Manager in conducting Learning Needs Analysis and other assessments with
internal stakeholders to better understand training requirements and evaluate
Return on Training Investment
Prepare presentations
with high-quality visual designs and videos
Deliver training
sessions to stakeholders
Maintain and support
the talent management strategy and framework
Implement all
Learning & Development projects and initiatives
Participate in the
conception and development of internal training programmes
Review and update
existing training materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance
Build and maintain
strong relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, training teams,
and leaders to design engaging learning content and programmes
Continuously research
new methodologies and techniques to enhance the current offerings of the
training centre
Prepare and present
quarterly reports on findings and training activities
Candidate Profile
Degree in Human
Resource Management or related field
Experience as a
Trainer would be an advantage
Minimum of 5 years’
experience in Learning & Development
Advanced proficiency
in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and
written communication skills
