Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Business Support
- Serve as the central marketing contact across multiple business units and departments.
- Develop tailored marketing initiatives aligned with each business area's objectives and target audience.
- Manage and prioritise marketing requests, projects, and deliverables across the organisation.
- Provide strategic input on brand positioning, visibility, and market engagement.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Develop campaign plans, timelines, budgets, and performance measures.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of content including social media, websites, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and thought leadership pieces.
- Maintain editorial calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate internal communications and company-wide announcements.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all business units and platforms.
- Lead brand refresh or repositioning initiatives when required.
- Manage website updates and social media activity in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
- Analyse digital performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, printers, media providers, and event suppliers.
- Ensure suppliers deliver quality outputs within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and execute events including conferences, webinars, networking functions, podcasts, and client engagements.
- Oversee event logistics, promotion, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain marketing calendars, workflow trackers, and reporting schedules.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activity, performance, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage departmental budgets and monitor expenditure effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a senior marketing or communications role.
- Experience within professional services, financial services, corporate environments, or similarly regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Strong background in campaign execution, brand management, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects within a group or multi-business environment.
- Familiarity with regional and international markets will be considered an advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms, analytics tools, content management systems, and project management software.
