Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Channel complaints from tenants
  • Issue and manage POs and invoices
  • Maintain database of Service Level Agreements
  • Provide administrative support for sale and rental of property
  • Collect, prepare and maintain documents for Due Dilligence
  • Manage and maintain client database and prepare reports 
  • Followup on renewal of rental contracts
  • Followup on permits, certificates and licences
Profile:
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Knowledge of FIAMLA and FIU guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Post HSC degree in Business Management/ Business Administration or a equivalent acceptable qualification
  • At least 3 years' relevant work experience
