Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Channel complaints from tenants
- Issue and manage POs and invoices
- Maintain database of Service Level Agreements
- Provide administrative support for sale and rental of property
- Collect, prepare and maintain documents for Due Dilligence
- Manage and maintain client database and prepare reports
- Followup on renewal of rental contracts
- Followup on permits, certificates and licences
Profile:
- Good organisation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of FIAMLA and FIU guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
- Post HSC degree in Business Management/ Business Administration or a equivalent acceptable qualification
- At least 3 years' relevant work experience
