Job Description
TotalEnergies Marketing Mauritius Ltd is looking for a Procurement Officer to drive strategic sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while supporting business performance.
Key Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include the following:-
- Assist the Procurement Manager in the development and implementation of an annual Purchasing Plan based on the budget in line with strategy which involves tendering, bids comparison, bid evaluation, offers ranking and supplier selection.
- Follow up of this plan with the department through the purchasing reporting (follow-up of KPI Purchasing).
- Ensure the proper application of the rules and criteria concerning calls for tender through local Tender procedures and Tender committee.
- Ensure that tenders in accordance with rules and procedures are clearly respected in transparency and equal treatment of suppliers.
- Assist the Procurement Manager in negotiations with suppliers for long term contracts.
- Assist the Procurement Manager in the analysis of offers received though Requests for Proposals.
- Implementation of the use and application of the General Purchasing Conditions.
- Check on the updating and disseminating of the contracts database.
- Produce the Priority Accounting Controls (CCP) to the group on a quarterly basis.
- Liaise with the My eProc support team for system issues.
- Ensure that purchase orders and their respective good receipts created in My eProc are correctly integrated in SAP.
- Perform due diligence exercise for new suppliers/suppliers identified by Compliance Officer.
- Ensure that purchasing compliance program is well implemented in TotalEnergies Marketing Mauritius Ltd, with suppliers and other stakeholders related to Procurement.
