Description
We are looking for a motivated and
detail-oriented Customer Support & Data Entry Operator to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for customer support, data entry,
preparation of quotations, supplier follow-up, delivery coordination, and
tender follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Respond
to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Perform
accurate data entry and maintain company records
- Prepare
and follow up customer quotations
- Request
purchase quotations from suppliers
- Coordinate
deliveries and follow up orders
- Handle
tender submissions and tender follow-up processes
- Maintain
confidentiality and ensure data accuracy
- Provide
excellent customer service and administrative support
Requirements
- HSC or
Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
- Good IT
and computer skills
- Strong
customer-oriented attitude and communication skills
- Excellent
attention to detail with fast and accurate typing skills
- Good
mathematical and numerical skills
- Strong
organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability
to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous
experience in customer support, quotations, administration, or data entry
will be an advantage
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications
and experience.
