Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare financial reports reflecting the status of receivables.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A diploma or Bac +2 in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A passion for the travel and tourism industry, and a desire to contribute to a memorable client experience.
