Job Description

Our client is recruiting an Administrative Assistant.

Main Responsibilities

  • To prepare quotes for group life and additional benefits
  • To process renewals of Group Life schemes
  • To issue medical requests when required
  • To prepare statement of benefits and invoice
  • To prepare and send files for underwriting 
  • To prepare and dispatch master agreements for new schemes
  • To process death and TPD claims
  • Premium reconciliation for schemes
  • To ensure that client database is maintained and updated
  • To follow-up with internal and external partners 
  • To provide outstanding customer service to employers, partners, and customers 
  • To assist the Team Leader in operations as and when required
  • To perform any other cognate duties aligned to business requirements

Profile of the ideal candidate 

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools
  • Experience in customer service would be desirable
  • Be proactive and dynamic 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both oral and written
  • Be quality focused, flexible, and proactive
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet deadline
