Job Description

Alteo Ltd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its Group Communications Department. The candidate will report to the Chief Communications and Sustainability Executive.

 

Main Responsibilities

       Contribute design artwork, creative ideas and visual concepts in response to briefs.

       Illustrate concepts by preparing rough layouts and visual proposals, including arrangement, typography, image treatment, colour, style and overall look and feel.

       Develop concepts, graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, website visuals and other brand assets.

       Ensure the consistent application of Alteo’s and its sub-brands’ visual identities across all communication materials, including corporate documents, advertisements, presentations, campaigns, signage, digital assets and event materials.

       Design visual content for internal communications, employer brand initiatives, staff engagement campaigns and Group events.

       Create digital assets for websites, intranet, email campaigns, social media platforms and other online communication channels.

       Support the development of visual storytelling for Alteo’s clusters, projects, sustainability initiatives and community engagement activities.

       Develop website layouts and digital design assets in collaboration with other team members.

       Create and produce new ideas, concepts and interactive designs in line with the company’s brand identity.

       Work with a wide range of media, including photography, video and professional design software.

       Adapt creative concepts into different formats and sizes for print, digital, social media and presentation use.

       Support the production of corporate presentations, reports, brochures, posters, banners, invitations, newsletters and campaign materials.

       Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring correct formats, specifications, quality control and supplier coordination where required.

       Maintain an organised library of brand assets, templates, photos, videos and design files.

       Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand briefs, propose creative directions and deliver materials aligned with business needs.

       Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality work within agreed deadlines.

       Contribute innovative ideas, concepts and campaigns for the Group Communications Department.

       Keep up to date with design trends, digital formats, tools and technologies relevant to corporate communication.

 

 

Profile

       Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any alternative qualification.

       Passionate about design and new technologies.

       Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and other tools such as Figma and Wordpress.

       Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field.

       Organized and detailed oriented.

       Ability to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous projects in a deadline-driven environment.

       Self-starter and ability to self-manage workload, including taking initiative to propose creative projects.

       Excels in a team environment, working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-driven setting.
