Job Description

A well-established company in the logistics and freight forwarding sector is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join its team in Port Louis.

Location

Mer Rouge, Port Louis

Employment Type

Full-time | On-site

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks
  • Process invoices, payments, and financial records
  • Maintain accurate accounting documentation and filing systems
  • Reconcile accounts and support reporting activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum HSC with ACCA Level 1 or any accounting-related qualification
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Good communication skills in English
