We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Development Specialist to support workforce development initiatives across our operations and contribute to the growth and development of our people.

โ€ข Develop, design, coordinate, and implement workforce training and development programmes aligned with operational and site requirements
โ€ข Support onboarding and integration initiatives to help employees transition effectively into the organisation and operational environment
โ€ข Identify training and competency development needs in collaboration with site management and department heads
โ€ข Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and maintain accurate records and reporting
โ€ข Support employee engagement and workforce development initiatives across operational sites
โ€ข Assist in workforce planning and development activities to support operational requirements
โ€ข Provide support with recruitment activities when required, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-up
โ€ข Contribute to HR development projects and support broader HR initiatives across the organisation

โ€ข Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Learning & Development, or related field
โ€ข Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience in Human Resources, preferably within workforce development, training, or recruitment
โ€ข Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Ability to build positive working relationships across operational teams and sites
โ€ข Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
โ€ข Strong interest in workforce capability development within a labour-intensive environment
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
โ€ข High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
