Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Development Specialist to support workforce development initiatives across our operations and contribute to the growth and development of our people.

โข Develop, design, coordinate, and implement workforce training and development programmes aligned with operational and site requirements
โข Support onboarding and integration initiatives to help employees transition effectively into the organisation and operational environment
โข Identify training and competency development needs in collaboration with site management and department heads
โข Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and maintain accurate records and reporting
โข Support employee engagement and workforce development initiatives across operational sites
โข Assist in workforce planning and development activities to support operational requirements
โข Provide support with recruitment activities when required, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-up
โข Contribute to HR development projects and support broader HR initiatives across the organisation

โข Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Learning & Development, or related field
โข Minimum 3 yearsโ experience in Human Resources, preferably within workforce development, training, or recruitment
โข Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
โข Ability to build positive working relationships across operational teams and sites
โข Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
โข Strong interest in workforce capability development within a labour-intensive environment
โข Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
โข High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
