Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and CEO
  • Manage executive diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes
  • Act as a key liaison between executive management, department heads, owners, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate executive meetings, briefings, and confidential discussions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all resort, guest, and corporate information
  • Screen and manage calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist in follow-ups on executive decisions and operational actions
  • Support special projects, audits, inspections, and management initiatives
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the Executive Office

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a resort or hotel environment
  • Experience supporting General Manager, CEO, or senior hotel management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
