THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate or someone at the start of their e-commerce career. You will provide operational and administrative support to the marketing team, helping to keep projects on track, assets organised, and data flowing across the department. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Marketing Team Lead, graphic designers, and content specialists

• Coordinate team calendars, project trackers, and content delivery timelines

• Manage and organise the creative asset library — images, copy files, packaging artwork, and brand assets

• Support in uploading and updating content on Amazon Seller Central as directed

• Extract marketing and sales performance data from Amazon platforms and compile into basic reports

• Track content update schedules and ensure listings are updated on time

• Manage meeting notes, action logs, and follow-ups for the Marketing team

• Coordinate between internal teams for asset collection and approval workflows

• Undertake any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace

• Good written communication skills in English

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

NICE TO HAVE

• Basic understanding of Amazon or e-commerce platforms

• Exposure to graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe) is a plus

• Experience using project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello or similar)
