Job Description

THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and strategic Marketing Team Lead to head our Marketing department. This is a pivotal leadership role that will shape the creative and content direction of our brand across Amazon EU, UK and US marketplaces. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of graphic designers, a customer service specialist, a content and SEO specialist, and a marketing coordinator — ensuring all outputs are aligned, high quality, and drive tangible commercial results. Currently the department reports directly to the General Manager, and this hire will be a key step in building the independence and capability of the Marketing function.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define and lead the overall marketing and creative strategy for the brand across all Amazon marketplaces

• Set and maintain brand tone, visual identity guidelines, and content standards across all outputs

• Build and manage a marketing delivery roadmap aligned with the product launch and sales calendar

• Manage and mentor the Marketing team — setting priorities, allocating workload, and driving quality output

• Conduct regular content reviews of all product listings relative to top competitors and issue clear creative direction

• Review and approve all major creative and content assets before publication

• Liaise with Product Development Team Leads to align on packaging briefs and listing asset requirements for new launches

• Collaborate with Ecommerce Sales Team Leads to ensure creative and content support sales and advertising strategy

• Stay current with Amazon platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices in e-commerce marketing

• Work with the Compliance Officer to ensure all marketing claims and labelling meet regulatory requirements

• Undertake any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

• At least 1–2 years in a leadership, team lead, or managerial capacity

• Strong track record of managing Amazon-focused marketing operations including A+ Content, Brand Store, and listing optimisation

• Experience leading creative teams and managing multi-project marketing workflows

• Strong visual and creative sensibility combined with an analytical, data-driven approach

• Deep understanding of the Amazon platform and its content requirements across EU, UK and US

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with social media marketing and off-Amazon brand building

• Familiarity with SEO tools (Helium 10, DataDive) and keyword-driven content strategy

• Experience working with multi-lingual content for EU marketplaces
