This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid Amazon experience who wants to grow into a Team Lead role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support the Team Lead in the day-to-day management of an assigned Amazon product portfolio
• Extract, compile, and maintain sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising performance data from Amazon and third-party tools
• Execute PPC campaign optimisations including bid adjustments, keyword harvesting, and negative keyword management
• Monitor daily ad spend and flag budget pacing issues or anomalies to the Team Lead
• Assist in building new advertising campaigns for product launches
• Monitor listing health, Buy Box status, and competitor activity across marketplaces
• Flag catalogue issues, listing suppressions, or account health notifications promptly
• Maintain dashboards and performance trackers for regular reporting
• Track competitor pricing, promotions, and ranking changes
• Undertake any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an Amazon or e-commerce operational role
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Practical experience with Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products / PPC)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data extraction and reporting
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with Amazon third-party tools (Helium 10, DataDive, or similar)
• Exposure to multi-marketplace Amazon management (EU, UK, US)
• Basic understanding of product listing optimisation and SEO
WHAT WE OFFER
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience
• A dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative work environment
• Clear career growth path within a rapidly scaling business
• Hands-on experience with international Amazon marketplaces (EU, UK, US)
• Opportunity to shape processes and make a real impact from day one
