Job Description

THE ROLE

We are looking for three motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinators to join our Product Development clusters. In this role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to your assigned Team Lead, helping to move products from concept to launch across our Amazon EU, UK and US marketplaces. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in e-commerce product management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Product Development Team Lead across all stages of the product lifecycle

• Extract and compile product research data from platforms such as Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, and other tools

• Coordinate supplier sample requests, track deliveries, and record product measurements and specifications upon receipt

• Assist in preparing product specification documents, supplier briefs, and compliance checklists

• Manage and maintain the team's product pipeline tracker and project task lists

• Coordinate product testing activities and document results accurately

• Manage supplier communications and follow-ups under the direction of the Team Lead

• Maintain organised filing of contracts, compliance certificates, test reports, and supplier documentation

• Assist with purchase order administration and coordination with the Admin & Finance team

• Prepare meeting notes and action logs for product development team meetings

• Undertake any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum HSC (Higher School Certificate) or equivalent qualification

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• A genuine interest in e-commerce, Amazon, and product development

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

NICE TO HAVE

• A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field

• Prior exposure to Amazon operations or e-commerce

• Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello or similar)
