Job Description
This role focuses on supporting clients with card‑related services, including card activation, upgrades, and credit limit increases, while ensuring applications are accurate and compliant.
Responsibility
- Contact clients to support card activation, upgrades, new card offers, and credit limit increases.
- Review and validate new card applications to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer‑centric service experience.
- Perform outbound calls for issuing campaigns, including sales and declined transaction follow‑ups.
- Handle client queries, issues, and complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Apply sound knowledge of card and payment products when assisting clients.
- Use card systems and tools accurately, including card management systems and e‑forms.
- Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to complete tasks on time.
- Support issuing initiatives, campaigns, and business activities as required. Assist at service counters and in back‑office operations when needed.
Profile
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Two years of experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills and confidence when engaging with clients.
- Clear and professional email writing skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
- Customer‑focused, organised, and attentive to detail.
- A positive team player with a collaborative approach.
