Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and related documentation. 3. Spare Parts and Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance and repairs. Regularly assess stock levels and initiate procurement processes to ensure an adequate supply of spare parts. Collaborate with the procurement team to source cost-effective spare parts. 4. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all vehicles are maintained and operated in compliance with health and safety regulations and ISO 9001 standards. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards or safety concerns.
