Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Administrative & Transport Officer to support our team, ensuring smooth operations across administration, purchase orders, work orders, transport management and general office support.
This
role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can
support basic Microsoft 365 and AI-based tools.

Key
responsibilities:
General
Administration
- Perform general administrative duties:
filing, data entry, scanning, document management, Providing general
administrative support to the wider team.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct
inquiries appropriately
- Respond to queries via phone and email
in a timely and professional manner
Transport
Duties
- Follow up, perform duties for renewal of Road Tax / Fitness/ A Carrier / Waste Permit / Insurance. – Attend NTLA as and when required
- Update and maintain accurate record of Vehicle administrative file.
- Follow up of Vehicle Maintenance with technical team and maintain accurate record of vehicle and machinery logs.
- Coordinating fleet maintenance and servicing schedules
Purchase Orders / Store
- Query for Quotes with Suppliers
- Ensuring
all purchase orders are accurate and complete for sites
Other
Duties
- Reporting hazards, incidents, and near
misses on various sites
- Completing additional tasks as requested by
management
- Organise Despatching across Sites
- Perform the storage, handling, receiving and
dispatching of stock/equipment to the various sites.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational abilities and high
attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
basic computer skills
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools is a
plus
- Ability to multitask and work
independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administrative experience
preferred, ideally within the automotive industry
- Current driver’s licence required and/or
Motorcycle Learner / Licence
Working
hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00) / 2 Saturdays
p.month (08:00 – 13:00)
