Job Description

One of our clients is based in Chamouny is currently looking for a Human Resource Officer:

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records and HR Documentations:
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records relevant to payroll administration
  • Ensure employee documentation affecting payroll records is properly maintained
  • Support the HR Department in maintaining organised and update employee files
  • Ensure that payroll-related changes to employee status, benefits, or allowances are properly documented.

HR Operational Coordination:
  • Coordinate with HR regarding employee onboarding data required for payroll setup
  • Ensure employee changes such as new hires, resignations, and employment status updates are reflected accurately in payroll records.
  • Maintain updated payroll-related HR trackers and documentations

HR Systems and Data Management:
Maintain and update operational HR and payroll records including:
  • Payroll records and supporting documentation
  • Employee payroll data
  • Attendance and overtime records
  • Staff manning list where required for payroll administration
