Which tasks can you expect?

• Coordinate daily work schedules and task assignments in close partnership with the Product Coordinator.
• Manage assigned work items end-to-end, taking full ownership from initiation to resolution.
• Foster seamless collaboration across global teams, engaging effectively with both onshore and offshore colleagues and stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional service by maintaining clear, professional communication (both verbal and written) with internal customers.
• Apply a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving, utilizing SWOT analysis to navigate challenges effectively.
• Actively contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
• Liaise directly with Product Owners to compile comprehensive Release Notes.
• Ensure the accuracy and clarity of all Sprint and Release Notes through thorough review and proofreading.
• Support the Knowledge Base Management process, maintaining documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Develop, update, and deliver product training sessions for internal employees.
• Maintain the currency of all training content and materials
• Track trainee progress and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team environment.
• Guarantee the responsive and timely resolution of all reported incidents
• Ensure active participation and contribution during daily team huddles/stand-ups.
• Note that other duties may be assigned by Agile Coach.

What do you have to offer?

• Diploma or Degree holder in IT preferably.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR / Payroll environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in software development, testing or application support would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of industry standards and project methodologies. 
• Knowledge of software development concepts and lifecycles. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• SQL Knowledge
• Postman
• Content management (Javascript, CSS, HTML)
