Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and technical faults
• Ensure smooth operation of catering equipment and machinery
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and technical issues
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness
• Assist in installation and testing of new equipment when required

Profile & Qualifications :

• NC3 / NC4 / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field
• Previous experience in maintenance or technical operations would be an advantage
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
