Job Description
Adventure Park Guide
(Quad | Zipline | Luge Activities)
We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented Guides to join our Nature & Adventure Park team.
As a Guide, you will be responsible for delivering safe, professional, and memorable experiences across our park activities, including Quad, Zipline (Tyrolienne), and Luge. You will play a key role in ensuring guest safety, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for outdoor adventure.
Key Responsibilities
Activity Operations & Safety
- Conduct and supervise activities in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
- Deliver safety briefings and clear instructions before each activity
- Ensure customers correctly use all equipment and safety gear
- Monitor participant behaviour and intervene when necessary to maintain safety
- Maintain a safe and controlled environment at all times
Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
- Assist customers throughout activities and ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required
Equipment & Maintenance
- Perform routine equipment checks before and after activities
- Report any defects, damages, or safety concerns immediately
- Ensure equipment is properly handled, stored, and maintained
- Support basic maintenance and operational upkeep when needed
Operational Flexibility
- Rotate between activities (Quad, Zipline, and Luge) according to operational needs
- Support other operational areas during peak periods or special events
- Adapt to varying schedules and departmental requirements
Compliance & Professional Standards
- Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct at all times
- Adhere to company grooming and uniform standards
Incident Reporting
- Report incidents, accidents, or near-misses immediately to Management
- Assist with incident investigations and follow-up procedures
- Maintain accurate operational records where required
Additional Duties
- Support park operations, events, and special activities as needed
- Participate in training and development programmes
- Perform any other duties reasonably related to the role assigned by Management
Candidate Profile
- Passion for outdoor activities and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable to operational requirements
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts
- Previous experience in tourism, leisure, sports, or adventure activities is an advantage
