Job Description

 

Job purpose

Recording of receipts from clients as well as allocation of the receipts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Invoicing

  • Liaise with all concerned departments for billing requirements.
  • Prepare/ review invoices on a monthly basis.
  • Issue credit notes after being satisfied with the reason and available supporting documents.
  • Attend to client queries related to invoicing.

Administration

  • Supervise the work of the accounts receivable team onto a day-to-day basis by planning and coordinating their tasks and evaluating their performance.
  • Coach the accounts receivable team.
  • Prepare management information for the procurement committee.
  • Prepare schedules for management pack.

Any cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances required by the employer.

Qualifications & Experience required

·       ACCA Level 1
