Main Duties:

·       Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence of JTH Group;

·       Support the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media;

·       Creation of marketing materials such as corporate brochures, guides, memos, PowerPoint presentation and proposals;

·       Assist in managing websites for companies within the Group;

·       Support the management and maintenance of the Group's social media pages;

·       Aid in creating brand awareness and lead generation campaigns and setting up ads on social media platforms;

·       Assist in designing web materials for the Group's websites;

·       Contribute to video shooting, creation and editing for companies within the Group;

·       Help organize and manage marketing events such as webinars, podcasts, and live events;

·       Participate in the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility projects and events;

·       Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all communications, digital marketing channels, and marketing materials;

·       Assist in developing a distinct online presence by attracting internet followers;

·       Liaise with local and international media for publications;

·       Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by the Reporting line.

 

Qualifications: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field;

·       More than 3 years of experience in a similar role;

·     Basic knowledge of Office 365 and Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder);

·       Understanding of online marketing tools and best practices;

·       Strong communication skills (both written and verbal);

·       General knowledge of the Mauritius financial services sector is a plus;

·       Attention to detail;

·       Good time-management skills;

·       Enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic.
