Job Description
Own a portfolio of key enterprise accounts and set the
standard for client excellence in the Mauritian market at Emtel.
You will work at the intersection of connectivity,
digital transformation, and business growth. As a senior executive, you will not
just manage relationships, you will be a trusted advisor to enterprise clients,
helping them make important business decisions.
If you enjoy complex sales, long-term deals, and being known for delivering results, this role is for you.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, strengthen relationships and drive new opportunities
- Strong forecasting, negotiation, and pipeline management skills to drive results
- Drive upsells, cross-sell, and renewals
- Own your targets and consistently deliver results
- Prioritize key accounts, plan, and help shape a strong, competitive offer for the market
Required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum HSC (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales or account management and client leadership (telecoms/ICT/tech preferred).
- Proven ability to grow revenue and retain key accounts
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Has strong commercial acumen and date-driven decision
- Is credible, energetic, self-driven and confident when engaging senior stakeholders
- Has a demonstrable record of growing strategic accounts and protecting long-term revenue in competitive telecoms and ICT markets
- Build relationships that go beyond the transactional — clients trust you
- Commercially sharp — you spot the upsell before it is obvious and act before the competition does
- Hold yourself to a consistently high standard—demonstrating energy, ambition, and professionalism in everything you do
