We are seeking a strategic and results-driven R&D Manager to lead innovation and product development within our integrated agro-food group.

Key Responsibilities :

•Define and drive the R&D and innovation strategy aligned with business objectives

•Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization

•Manage and grow the product portfolio and value-added categories

•Ensure successful industrialization and operational scalability

•Identify market trends, consumer insights and innovation opportunities

•Drive continuous improvement of existing products (recipes, quality, packaging)

•Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory standards

•Contribute to business growth, profitability and market competitiveness

Profile:

•Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or related field.

•Strong experience in food product development and processed foods.

•Good knowledge of food processing technologies and product industrialization.

•Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

•Innovative mindset with strong attention to quality and consumer needs.

•Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

•Promoter for animal welfare.
