CUSTOMER COACH - you will have the skills and ability to demonstrate that you can:

YOUR ROLE: This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and effective use of sales data across the Sales Technology landscape. It delivers audits, analytics, and reporting to support opportunity health, data quality, technology adoption, forecast confidence, and pipeline visibility. The role partners across multiple countries and works cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, and Sales Technology teams, while supporting the testing and rollout of Sales Technology enhancements to maximise value from technology investments.


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the integrity, consistency, and timeliness of sales data and metrics reported within Salesforce and related Sales Technology tools.

• Run regular sales opportunity audits, validating ACV and contract details, against agreed sales processes.

• Develop and maintain analytics on opportunity health, including pipeline aging, stage progression, close date movement, and deal risk indicators.

• Analyse and report on contact data quality within the CRM, identifying gaps in completeness, accuracy, duplication, and recency that impact sales effectiveness.

• Analyse account ownership data to identify orphaned, duplicated, or misassigned accounts and support corrective actions.

• Produce monthly reporting on adoption and usage across the Sales Technology stack, identifying compliance levels, engagement trends, and adoption gaps.

• Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and Sales Technology teams to support continuous improvement, enablement initiatives, and data governance standards.

• Generate clear reports and summaries of insights, risks, and improvement opportunities for sales leadership and operational stakeholders.

• Test and validate new features, enhancements, and functionalities across the Sales Technology stack prior to broader release.

• Assist with the rollout of new Sales Technology capabilities to sales teams, including impact analysis and adoption tracking.

KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

• Experience working with sales data, CRM systems, or commercial reporting.

• Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working autonomously while collaborating across teams.

• Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

Desirable

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar sales platforms.

• Experience with sales analytics, pipeline reporting, or forecasting support.

• Exposure to Sales Technology adoption or enablement initiatives.
