Job Description

Are you customer-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about building strong client relationships? Join us to play a key role in growing L'Artigiano's presence in the HoReCa sector. 


Role Purpose: 

To drive sales growth of the L’Artigiano product range within the HoReCa sector by acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and promoting products, while expanding market presence and strengthening the brand through new opportunities and partnerships. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through new client acquisition and account development.
  • Drive profitability by balancing volume growth with margin protection.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with HoReCa clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty across hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including boutique hotels, fine dining establishments, and luxury resorts.
  • Identify and research potential hotel, restaurant, and catering clients that align with the premium positioning of Italian fine foods.
  • Identify and conduct product presentations, promotional campaigns, tastings, and culinary events to highlight product quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns targeting new client acquisition.
  • Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers with hotels and restaurants, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
  • Inspire F&B managers, and staff on product origins, applications, and culinary benefits.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights & feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and impactful promotions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the heritage and authenticity of Italian fine foods.


Qualifications and Experience: 

  • A minimum of a diploma in sales is required.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales towards Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes would be required.
