Job Description

Role Overview
The Business Intelligence Developer supports Sales & Commercial Excellence for Medical Services by designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI solutions used for sales performance tracking, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial decision‑making. The role combines strong Power BI technical skills with a solid understanding of sales processes, Salesforce data, revenue metrics, and commercial KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI datasets (semantic models) and dashboards for sales reporting.
  • Translate business and commercial requirements into robust data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
  • Deliver sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and ad‑hoc analytical reports for senior leadership.
  • Support commercial enablement initiatives with consistent KPIs and standardized reporting across regions.
  • Provide market and client analysis to identify growth opportunities, risks, and trends.
  • Integrate Salesforce data into Power BI while ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance.
  • Implement Row Level Security (RLS), manage workspaces, and follow Power BI governance standards.
  • Apply data visualization best practices to deliver intuitive, high‑quality reports.
  • Collaborate with sales, commercial, data, and regional stakeholders to improve analytics effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years of hands‑on experience developing Power BI solutions in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Experience with sales analytics, revenue metrics, and commercial KPIs.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable BI solutions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
