Job Description

Responsibilities:
  1. Taking ownership of customer issues via TeamViewer and seeing problems through to resolution.
  2. Basic knowledge in IT
  3. very fluent in French

Qualification/Skills:

  1. Higher School Certificate or equivalence
  2. Good IT literacy in software and hardware
  3. 1-2 years’ experience preferably in a French call center environment
  4. Good verbal and written communication in French
