Operations & Business Development Manager – MEP Company

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to join our MEP contracting company.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating project and maintenance teams, supporting project delivery, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with tenders, quotations, commercial proposals, and follow-ups.

Candidates should have a background in MEP, construction, building services, facilities management, or business development, with strong leadership, communication, commercial, and coordination skills.

Experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, ELV, and maintenance works will be an advantage.
