Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Compile data, maintain and update reports, dashboards and analysis (Descriptive, predictive and diagnostics analytics)
- Develop and/or support solutions using RPA (Robotic process automation)
- Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata
- Set up and maintain analytics and reporting systems
- Evaluate changes and updates, to source production systems
- Provide business insights based on the data
- Plan/conduct training sessions and provide support to users
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics or computer science or any other related fields
- 2 years’ experience in data mining
- Knowledge in data models, reporting packages (PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik), automation framework and software (UI Path would be a plus)
- Analytical skills
- Persuasive with good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Google Sheets)
