We are recruiting a Sommelier Conseil Shop Sales Representative for our shop Le Connoisseur based at Curepipe and a Shop attendant.

Responsible to handle the operations and sales of the shop.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice to customers regarding the choice of wine, spirits and other products in the shop.
• Plan and implement advertising and promotional strategy and activities.
• Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies
• Monitor and control the stock.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Also available for outdoor events (extra payment)

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar field.
• Diploma in Wine & Spirit course or equivalent will be preferred
• Must be fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work on a 45 hour/week on a shift basis from 09h00 to 18h30; Monday to Saturday (including public holidays) and public holidays from 09h00 to 13h00. You shall benefit from one-day off per week.
