What does the role involve?
As a Technical Support Representative, you will handle our clients’ support requests. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- User assistance (remote support/troubleshooting)
- Maintenance of workstations, office tools, peripherals, and telephony systems
- Level 1 network diagnostics (VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Documentation
You will be required to work 24/7 on a shift basis.
What is your profile?
- You have a higher education qualification in IT
- You have successful initial experience in an IT Service Center
- You possess solid technical skills:
- Workstations: Microsoft, office software, and email tools
- Basic networking concepts & knowledge of system infrastructures
- Best practices in IT security (access rights management, passwords, antivirus, etc.)
- RMM & ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Citrix is a plus
- You have good interpersonal skills and can work independently
- You are bilingual in French and English
